Elections

No Officer of the Chamber may hold the same office for more than four consecutive years.
At each bi-annual Council election, only ten members of the outgoing Council may be eligible for re-election. Should the number of those seeking re-election exceed ten, then those members in excess of ten who have served longest on the Council are not eligible for re-election.
The Chamber’s Bi-Annual Elections are conducted by an Electoral Commission of five members for whose constitution there is full provision in the Statute. Members of the Electoral Commission may not hold the post of Council members at the same time.
